NewLine Terms & Conditions

The General User Agreement governing access to and use of the NewLine platform.

1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and the operator of the NewLine platform (the "Operator", "NewLine", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet or otherwise using the platform you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted every provision of this agreement, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

The Operator may amend this agreement at any time. Material changes are communicated through the website, by email or via in-product notifications. Continued use of the platform after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with the procedures described below.

The Operator does not currently disclose its specific licensing jurisdiction in public materials. Any questions regarding regulatory status, jurisdiction-specific availability or compliance can be directed to [email protected].

2. Account Creation and Verification

To use the platform you must register a single Account using a valid email address, a password of your choice, your country of residence and your account currency. The currency selected during registration is permanent and cannot be changed afterwards. By registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you do not reside in a Restricted Jurisdiction (see Section 5).

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one Account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same person, household, IP address or device is prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of bonuses and bonus winnings. The personal details supplied during registration must be accurate and must match the documents that will be used during KYC verification.

The Operator may request KYC verification at any time, and in particular at:

  • The first withdrawal request from the Account.
  • The point at which cumulative deposits reach approximately USD 10,000 or the equivalent in another currency.
  • Any moment when the Operator's compliance systems flag suspicious activity, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, fraud or money-laundering risk.

Acceptable KYC documents include a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driving licence or national ID card), a recent proof of address (typically dated within the last three months) and a selfie holding the ID for liveness confirmation. The User must respond to a KYC request with a complete document set within 30 calendar days. Failure to do so may result in suspension or closure of the Account and refund of remaining funds to the original deposit source.

3. Account Use

Access to the Account is personal. The User is solely responsible for keeping login credentials confidential, for any activity carried out from the Account and for any losses resulting from compromised credentials. The Operator does not currently provide two-factor authentication, biometric login or hardware-key support, so a strong unique password and the security of the registered email address are essential.

The User agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and KYC.
  • Use the platform only for personal entertainment and not for any commercial, professional or organised gambling activity.
  • Not share login credentials, allow another person to use the Account, or use someone else's Account.
  • Not deposit funds belonging to another person or accept funds on behalf of another person through the Account.
  • Comply with the laws of the User's jurisdiction with respect to participation in online gambling.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this agreement. Any of them may lead to immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of bonuses and bonus winnings, and legal action where appropriate:

  • Operating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person.
  • Use of any VPN, anonymous proxy, TOR network or any other tool that masks, alters or hides the User's real geographic location.
  • Bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated low-risk wagering, opposite-bet hedging across accounts, and any pattern that exploits a bonus contrary to its intended use.
  • Use of automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers or AI agents to play games, place bets, register accounts or interact with the platform in any way that is not equivalent to genuine human play.
  • Match-fixing, insider information, fraudulent payment methods or any form of market manipulation in the sportsbook.
  • Money laundering, sanctions evasion, financing of terrorism or any other unlawful financial activity.
  • Hacking, exploiting bugs, attacks against the platform's infrastructure, reverse engineering or attempting to circumvent the security and integrity of the games.
  • Verbal abuse, threats, harassment of customer-service staff or other Users on chat, support or social channels.

5. Restricted Jurisdictions

The platform is not available to residents of countries where online gambling is prohibited under local law or where the Operator does not currently operate. The User confirms during registration that they do not reside in a Restricted Jurisdiction. A current list of Restricted Jurisdictions is maintained by the Operator and may be updated at any time without prior notice.

It is the User's responsibility to check the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction before registering and depositing. The Operator does not provide legal advice. Where applicable law requires a higher minimum age than 18, that local minimum applies to all Users in that jurisdiction. Accounts of underage users will be closed, all bets voided, and balances refunded to source.

6. Account Closure

The User may request closure of the Account at any time through the in-account settings or by contacting support at [email protected]. Once closure is confirmed, the remaining balance (after deduction of any open bets and pending obligations) is returned to the original deposit method.

The Operator may close an Account at its discretion, in particular for breach of this agreement, KYC failure, suspected fraud or money laundering, or as required by applicable law or regulator action. Where the Operator closes the Account for cause, bonuses and bonus winnings may be forfeited as described elsewhere in this agreement.

Self-exclusion is a separate type of closure governed by the Responsible Gaming Policy and is irreversible for at least the minimum period selected (no shorter than six months).

7. Deposits and Withdrawals

The User may fund the Account through any of the payment methods displayed in the cashier for the User's country and account currency. Available methods commonly include payment cards, e-wallets, bank transfers and supported cryptocurrencies. The exact list shown to a given User depends on the User's jurisdiction, account currency and KYC status.

Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit and that is held in the same name as the Account. Where this is not possible, the Operator may approve an alternative method following additional verification. All withdrawal requests are subject to:

  • Successful completion of KYC verification.
  • Completion of any active wagering on bonuses.
  • Closure or settlement of any open bets that overlap with the requested withdrawal amount.
  • Anti-fraud and AML checks performed by the Operator's compliance team.

Processing times depend on the chosen method and may range from minutes (cryptocurrency, e-wallets) to several business days (bank transfers, cards). Detailed timeframes are shown in the cashier at the time of request.

8. Payments and Refunds

The Operator does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, the User's payment provider, bank or blockchain network may apply its own fees. The Operator is not responsible for fees or delays imposed by third parties.

Refunds are issued in the original currency to the original payment method. Where the original method is unavailable, an alternative may be approved subject to additional verification. Bonuses and bonus winnings are not refundable except where required by applicable law.

If a deposit is reversed, charged back, disputed or otherwise unwound by a payment provider, any winnings derived from that deposit may be voided and the corresponding amount may be deducted from the User's balance. Repeated chargebacks or fraudulent deposit attempts will lead to Account closure under Section 6.

9. Game Rules

Each game on the platform is governed by both this agreement and any specific game rules supplied by the relevant game provider. The result of a game is final once the round is completed and recorded on the Operator's servers. The User accepts that the outcomes of slot games, live casino games, crash games and other random-outcome games are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) operated by the respective game providers.

Sports betting is governed by the platform's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of this agreement. The general principles include:

  • Bets are settled according to the official result published by the recognised governing body of the sport.
  • Where an event is postponed or cancelled, settlement follows the rules described for that sport in the Sports Betting Rules.
  • Bets settled at odds of 1.00 (e.g. through void or push outcomes) do not earn NewLine Points.
  • Bets sold through Cash Out do not earn NewLine Points.

10. Errors and Malfunctions

If a game malfunctions during play — whether due to a software bug, network outage, server fault, third-party provider failure or any similar cause — the Operator's policy is to restore the affected User to the position immediately before the malfunction. Bets impacted by a malfunction may be voided and the corresponding stakes returned. The Operator's server logs are the authoritative record of game outcomes and bets.

Obvious errors in odds, payouts or game configuration (whether human or automated) do not bind the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to correct such errors retroactively, including by adjusting account balances and recalculating bet settlements.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including the NewLine name, the NEWLINE logo, the NewLine Originals games (Blackjack, Coinflip, Crash, Dice, Double, Hilo, Keno, Mines, Penalty, Plinko, Poker), the platform's interface, written materials, graphics, source code and any other proprietary work — is the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other laws.

The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment in accordance with this agreement. The User may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, sell, sublicense or otherwise exploit any platform content without the Operator's prior written consent.

12. Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator excludes all express and implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

The Operator's total aggregate liability to the User for any claim arising out of or related to this agreement is limited to the total amount of the User's deposits during the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Operator is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or loss of reputation.

Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence).

13. Breach of Terms

If the User breaches this agreement, the Operator may at its discretion:

  • Suspend or close the Account.
  • Void affected bets and reverse the corresponding settlements.
  • Forfeit bonuses and bonus winnings.
  • Withhold withdrawals pending investigation.
  • Refer the matter to the relevant authorities or take legal action.
  • Recover from the User any costs and damages caused by the breach.

The application of one remedy does not exclude the application of any other remedy available to the Operator under this agreement or applicable law.

14. Complaints

If the User has a complaint relating to the Account, a bet, a transaction or any other aspect of the platform, the User should first contact customer support through the in-app live chat (available 24/7) or by email at [email protected]. Complaints must include the registered Account email, the date and time of the disputed event, and as much supporting detail as possible (screenshots, transaction IDs, bet IDs).

The Operator's commitments on response times:

  • Acknowledgement: within 1 working day of receipt of the complaint.
  • Substantive response: within 30 calendar days of acknowledgement.

If a complaint is not resolved to the User's satisfaction, the User may escalate through the dispute-resolution mechanism described in the next section.

15. Dispute Resolution

The User and the Operator will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct communication using the complaints procedure. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through that procedure within a reasonable time, either party may pursue formal dispute-resolution methods available under the applicable law of the Operator's jurisdiction.

The User retains all statutory rights to escalate to a competent regulatory authority or court where applicable law permits or requires. The Operator's records, including server logs, transaction histories and timestamps, will be authoritative evidence in any dispute, except where there is clear evidence of error or tampering.

16. Final Provisions

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the agreement remains in full force and effect. The Operator's failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

The Operator may assign its rights and obligations under this agreement to a successor entity (for example, in the event of a merger, acquisition or restructuring) without the User's consent, provided the assignee accepts the obligations toward existing Users.

This agreement, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy together constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Operator regarding access to and use of the platform, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
